DENVER, Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Don't believe all the negative headlines about investing in real estate. The time to invest in rental property is now, according to Kevin Amolsch, founder of Pine Financial Group, the premier lender for real estate investors.

A recent report in the Denver Business Journal shows that United States Corporations have about $1.8 trillion dollars on the sidelines and private equity funds have about $500 billion dollars on the sidelines.  

"Much of this might be in banks which could explain why they are so liquid. $1.8 trillion! Can you even get your mind around how much money this is? This is even more impactful because money in private equity funds generally needs to be invested within 5 years. If the equity fund does not get it invested, the money needs to be returned to the individual investors. Much of this money was raised in 2006 and 2007.

"So the clock is ticking," said Amolsch.

"My belief is that when this stagnant cash starts to trickle into the economy we will see an increase in job growth nationally. Consumer confidence and jobs are the two factors preventing our economy from its recovery. Hold on to your hats, we might be turning the corner," he said.
