NEW YORK, July 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Economics Partners LLC, Denver, CO, and Peters Advisors LLC, Morristown, NJ, today formed an alliance and agreement of merger, to build the premier transfer pricing and tax valuation firm in the United States. Under the agreement, the firms will combine aspects of their operations immediately. They plan to merge fully by the end of 2015, after which they will do business as Economics Partners.

The combined firm has offices in Denver, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and Tel Aviv. The alliance reunites senior practitioners who worked together in prior firms. The combined firm offers 13 partners and more than 40 professionals serving clients.
Many of the partners in the combined firm are considered top transfer-pricing practitioners. Perry Urken – who leads the Washington, D.C. office – as well as Jeff Cole, Ian Gray, Jonathan Lubick, and Sean Faulkner join Reichert and Peters as partners who have regularly received acclamation in market surveys.
Economics Partners has a strong focus on detailed economic analysis, development of analytical models solving transfer pricing's most difficult issues, and a successful resume in delivering expert witness testimony. Peters Advisors' primary focus has been on assisting clients in managing their end-to-end tax valuation and transfer pricing function, from transactional planning through to the execution of operational transfer pricing, compliance and audit defense.
