Under the terms of this partnership, M2O will assist eCrypt with producing a microsite, developing and deploying a social media strategy, engaging the media for reviews and evaluations, generating a PR strategy, creating materials to support the marketing of the product, and creating tutorial "how-to" videos to support eCrypt's user-base. Both parties agreed on an incentive-based compensation program.
