GERMANTOWN, Md., Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Edgewood Management Corporation today announces the official launch of Vantage Management Inc., a company providing third-party property management services for conventional multi-family properties.  Vantage Management will focus on an existing portfolio of nearly 4,000 market rate units in Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington, DC area. The company was recently awarded the management contract for The Gallery Bethesda, a 234-unit luxury highrise development owned by The Donohoe Group that is scheduled to open fall 2014.
