eJamming Adds Powerful New Features to eJamming(R) AUDiiO and Announces Partnership with Fender(R)

ORLANDO, Fla. and VALLEY VILLAGE, Calif., Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- eJamming, Inc. today announced it has added important upgrades to its eJamming AUDiiO software and online service, and entered into a co-branding and marketing partnership with industry leader Fender Musical Instruments Corporation.

eJamming AUDiiO, the company's downloadable software that enables musicians to play, create and record music live over the Internet in real time and in sync, connects musicians and vocalists around the world to collaborate in eJamming sessions. In the application's Jam Mode, up to four geographically-dispersed musicians can play or vocalize with a nearly imperceptible lag, playing together as comfortably as if they were in the same room, even if located on different continents.

Since coming out of beta in mid 2009, eJamming AUDiiO has surpassed major milestones including transitioning from a free beta to a paid service, exceeding subscription projections and validating the company's business model. The latest version of eJamming AUDiiO includes the most advanced Virtual Recording Studio functionality, with 24-bit, as well as 16-bit, recording capability. Connecting up to four musicians in improved "live" track-by-track recording sessions results in the most cohesive, emotive collaborations. Other services require musicians to overdub their parts offline, without live interaction.

Today's announcement with Fender, a co-marketing relationship whereby Fender and eJamming will promote each other's products and online technologies, will provide more value to both the Fender and eJamming AUDiiO communities and help stimulate growth of the eJamming service.
