Amy Auffant's practice includes the representation of both public and private sector clients in administrative investigations by the Department of Labor and the EEOC, and the defense of civil actions brought pursuant to anti-discrimination laws. She assists clients with development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, provides management training on company policy and current employment laws, and counsels employers regarding employee discipline, termination, and complaints of discrimination or other unlawful treatment.
