SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Australian-based Electricitybilling.com opened a United States West Coast office March 17th, 2016, to launch its cloud-based billing software. Electricitybilling.com will provide Internet, electric and water utility billing based from its new Santa Monica location.

U.S. utilities have been slower to adopt cloud-based billing, as compared to those in other countries, Duncan says.
