Elephant Talk Retains Capital Markets Group as Investor Relations Counsel

(NYSE MKT: ETAK) ("Elephant Talk" or "the Company"), a global provider of Software Defined Network Architecture (ET Software DNA® 2.0) platforms and cyber security solutions, today announced that it has agreed to a long-term relationship with Capital Markets Group ("CMG"), a leading New York-based Investor Relations and Strategic Advisory firm, to lead the Company's investor relations program for a three year period. As part of the new agreement, Mr. Steve Gersten has joined CMG as a Partner of the firm and will continue to provide investor relations services for Elephant Talk, as part of the CMG team.

CMG will continue to provide Elephant Talk with investor relations services to increase awareness of Elephant Talk among the investment community.
