Elevate Expands Recruiting and Training Footprint in Utah
SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., March 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Elevate, Inc. (ELEV.OB), today announced the creation of multiple sales training offices along Utah's majestic Wasatch Front.
Elevate recently established a telesales office in Provo, Utah to process the influx of job applicants from all over the country. Overwhelming response, particularly from college students who are new to the company's Direct Service Model, has prompted the company to establish field-training centers in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties.
"The response to our national job advertising was phenomenal," says Wright Thurston, Elevate CEO. "We've grown our ranks and are actually faced with a shortage of experienced sales leaders to train and guide our new reps. We've chosen Utah as a training center because of the concentration of quality leadership that can be found there."
The company has been recruiting experienced sales leaders in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties for the past 30 days to prepare for the commencement of sales training on April 1st. "The leaders that we're engaging with now are bringing their teams with them, and our plan is to supplement those teams with the new reps we've picked up across the country," explains Ben Ward, Chief Recruiting Officer. "After training, the majority of our leaders and their teams will relocate to key markets across the country, some for the summer sales season and some permanently. A select few will remain to engage in full-scale sales operations in Utah and Salt Lake Counties."
Elevate projects that by the commencement of pre-season training on April 1st, both offices will be open with a combined 100 new recruits. Upon completion of training, 60 recruits will relocate to supplement efforts in other markets across the country.
Elevate provides data, voice, video, mobile and security solutions in 22 major markets through a network of independent Certifiable Geniuses.
