Acting as the business arm of Elk & Elk, the new practice of Dubyak Nelson, LLC will primarily focus on business and real estate litigation and transactions, as well as contingent business litigation and class-action suits.

Historically, attorneys have been divided into two camps, those who represent plaintiffs on a contingency basis, and those, including business attorneys, who charge hourly fees.
