Eltek Regains Compliance With $1 Bid Price Rule

Eltek Ltd (NASDAQ: ELTK), announced today that on August 26, 2015, it received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq advising the Company that for at least 10 consecutive trading days, the closing bid price of the Company's stock had been $1 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and the matter is now closed.
