(OTC: EMBK) announces today that its wholly owned subsidiary Muscle Warfare, Inc. has just granted exclusive rights for the distribution of its complete line of elite and recently rebranded products, which provide the highest quality and efficacy HFL Laboratory Banned Substance Free Certified Sports Nutrition throughout the country of Australia! Nutri-Sups Worldwide Distribution Group is positioned in the heart of Sydney, one of the strongest international markets for U.S. sports nutrition products in the world. Nutri-Sups Worldwide has proven its capabilities to market and distribute Muscle Warfare products effectively including high sell through with consistent repeat sales.

This new partnership was forged due to both parties excitement to catapult Muscle Warfare's rebranding initiative to further grow an already strong business relationship.  As part of this  deal, Nutri-sups has made a 7 month commitment to purchase a minimum quantity of over $200,000.00 in Muscle Warfare products, while simultaneously committing its own resources to aggressively market the brand throughout Australia, which shows their confidence.

Nutri-Sups has committed to a marketing initiative, which includes:  the creation of 3 high quality television commercials, which will showcase Australia's most well-known bodybuilders and athletes, thus guarantee high viewership of these videos, which were made exclusively for several  Muscle Warfare new items; these versions were originally  made for Muscle Warfare to utilize within  U.S. markets.
