NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Empire State Realty Trust (NYSE: ESRT) announced today that Sweetcatch Poke Bar has signed a long-term lease for its newest Manhattan home at 501 Seventh Avenue.
Poke takes its cue from a favorite Hawaiian dish and is exploding in popularity. Sweetcatch delivers an authentic experience and has put its own spin on things, allowing customers to take away fresh poke by the pound.

"We continue our focus on bringing in a variety of quality food concepts to support the growth in office employees in, and tourists traveling through, Times Square South."
