FreeWheel customers who utilize Vid.ly can configure campaigns via Encoding.com's User Interface or API.  When an end user views a Vid.ly URL with FreeWheel enabled, Vid.ly will pass the user information to the FreeWheel ad server and the consumer will receive a targeted advertisement in return (pre/mid/post roll and banner overlays supported).
