Endocan Corporation Changes Corporate Name to OmniCanna Health Solutions, Inc.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- OmniCanna Health Solutions, Inc. (OTC: ENDO) (formerly "Endocan Corporation"), a U.S. Company specializing in cannabis and cannabinoid formulation-based health and wellness solutions, is pleased to announce that the Company's Board of Directors has selected the name, OmniCanna Health Solutions™, as the revitalized name of the Company. The Company website has changed accordingly to www.omnicanna.com respectively launched today.

The name change began with appropriate regulatory filings with the Office of the Nevada Secretary of State and the next steps are underway with FINRA for a symbol change to match the new name. The new symbol will be announced in the near term.  The Company has also engaged experienced accounting firm, Turner, Stone and Company, LLP to review and audit the Company's financials. The OmniCanna Health Solutions name change will have no effect on the Company's share structure, corporate organization, business model operations, or corporate governance.

The Company had previously established two subsidiaries in The Netherlands, Endocan B.V. and Endocan International Holding B.V., for the Company's expanding European and international operations.  In line with the name change of the American parent company, these Dutch entities are being renamed OmniCanna B.V. and OmniCanna International Holding B.V., respectively.

In the United States dispensary owners will be licensed to use the Company's brands and formulations for retail distribution through licensing agreements with the OmniCanna Health Solutions ™ brand name. OmniCanna Health Solutions now serves as the enhanced brand and refined image to be used in conjunction with all of the Company's activities, products, and services. The updated and revised Company website and corporate collateral package will be released shortly.
