This acquisition expands Endpoint into clinical supply planning while keeping Bluefin independent and RTSM-agnostic.

RALEIGH, N.C. and BOSTON, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Endpoint Clinical L.P., a global leader in randomization and trial supply management ("RTSM") solutions and a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, today announced it has acquired Bluefin, a Boston-based provider of clinical supply forecasting and planning technology.

The acquisition expands Endpoint into clinical supply chain planning while keeping Bluefin focused on its core forecasting and planning mission. Bluefin will operate independently and continue to connect with RTSM systems across the industry. Endpoint will support Bluefin with global project management, implementation, quality, and customer support capabilities to help sponsors deploy the platform reliably and efficiently.
