HOLBROOK, N.Y., Aug. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Enerbrite Technologies Group Inc., (Pinksheets: ETGG) today announced it has completed the acquisition of SBSI Nutraceuticals Inc. (SBSI). Enerbrite will manufacture and distribute SBSI's full line of products  have been formulated, tested and ready to go into production.

SBSI Nutraceuticals is dedicated to the production, distribution and marketing of unique, quality and great tasting functional drinks, energy drinks, wellness beverages, RTD iced tea's and vitamin enhanced kids drinks. The company also develops vitamin and supplement lines for the sports, fitness and health industry as well as supplements designed to support a healthy liver and naturally lower bad cholesterol levels.
