Energy Quest Signs Agreement With Beach City Radio

CLEARWATER, Fla., June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy Quest, Inc. ("EQI") (OTCQB: EQST), a wholly owned subsidiary of Quest Communications, has signed an agreement to purchase Beach City Radio.  Beach City Radio is a sponsor supported radio broadcasting network in the Clearwater, Florida area.  It provides CLASSIC HITS - the industry's leading 24-Hour format. The network specializes in a high-energy radio presentation featuring the greatest hits from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Beach City's unique combination of strong personalities, the latest production effects, listener interaction, and proven hit songs create a tremendous winning format in the radio market. The network's loyal audience is built on high-profile air talent with the proven ability to deliver timely, emotional content that resonates with listeners.

The company will feature informative programs, including 'Loveline' with Dr. Drew, Mike and Simone, and other listener favorites. The ABC Radio Network will also provide programming and the format will include music, beach parties and beach information.  Listeners will also be able to load a special App via Beach City's website, in order to access Beach City Radio on their smart phones.  Plans are already in development to add other markets in the near future. Sponsor packages will be available for local and national sponsors.

In addition, a new online site will offer information pertaining to Quest Communications services and updates on a myriad of valuable projects currently in negotiation stages and set to be launched.  The company is relocating its offices to 2701 Gulf Boulevard, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, and will be adding qualified personnel for production, marketing and new projects.
