Engage Mobility, Inc. Announces Addition Of Key Personnel

ORLANDO, Fla., June 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Engage Mobility, Inc. (OTCQB: ENGA), a mobile technology, marketing and data company, announced today that it has added key personnel as it plans its impending launch of its Mobile Augmented Platform and Mobile Engagement System for business later this month.

The Company has added the following key personnel in the areas of technology, finance, operations, sales and international business development.

Eric Fellows – Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Fellows is an MBA and experienced financial and business analyst, customer acquisition expert, and multi channel marketing and advertising executive. For the past several years, Eric has served as the Director of Digital Marketing and Strategy at MarketLeverage, a leading Inc 5000 digital advertising and marketing firm. In that position, Eric managed one of the largest email marketing platforms in the world, and has vast experience in affiliate marketing; media planning; financial analysis; business planning; website "sales funnel" optimization for online lead and customer acquisition; lead generation; ecommerce; website search engine optimization and online product launch management.

William (Bill) Luckman – Director of Corporate Finance

Mr. Luckman is a financial professional with nearly 20 years experience of both traditional and securities finance experience; covering both mature and developing domestic and overseas ventures. Most recently finished a 5 year stay in China managing a small private equity/bridge fund, LP Funding. Acting as director for a small investment bank facilitating over twenty US corporate acquisitions of Chinese assets often in conjunction with capital raises resulting in several US Exchange listed companies. His prior experience includes executive and director level positions at both domestic and foreign real estate, technology and financial companies as well actively consulting in cross border finance.

Elsa Sung – Director of Asian Operations

Ms. Sung has a strong background in budgeting and planning, financial reporting, auditing, accounting systems, and business operations. She is a founding member of Metis Limited, a boutique consulting firm specializing in providing outsourced accounting, finance and operational services to companies located in the greater China area. Ms. Sung served as Chief Financial Officer for Jiangbo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a Nasdaq (Global Market) listed pharmaceutical company with operations in China, from November 2007 to March 2011.  Previously, Ms. Sung was a former Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young.

Additionally, the Company has engaged the services of Mr. Tony Tian and Weitian Group, LLC as Investor Relations Counsel and will work closely with Weitian to develop a coordinated investor and market awareness strategy for the company and its stock both domestically and abroad.
