Engineering America To Spin Off Process Equipment Business
OAKDALE, Minn., Oct. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Engineering America, Inc. (www.engamerica.com), a leading provider of liquid storage solutions and process equipment, today announced the company will spin off its water and wastewater process equipment business to focus on its storage tank business. The mutually agreed upon separation will go into effect November 1.
The newly independent company, Great Northern Environmental, will specialize in the sale of water and wastewater treatment equipment and will serve as the sales agent for Engineering America's various tank and aluminum dome products. The new company will be lead by long-time Engineering America employees Matt Fritze, Kevin Regan and Kyle Fritze.
