Engineering Executive, Joseph L. Carlini, Elected to CDI Corp. Board of Directors

PHILADELPHIA, May 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI), a leading provider of engineering and technology solutions and professional staffing, has announced that Joseph L. Carlini has been elected to its Board of Directors and will serve on the Board's Audit and Finance Committees.

Mr. Carlini is Chief Executive Officer and partner of Philadelphia-based McKean Defense Group, an engineering and technology solutions firm providing services to the U.S. Navy and other federal government customers. Prior to his current position, Mr. Carlini was a Group Senior Vice President for Science Application International Corporation (SAIC), a provider of technical, engineering and enterprise IT services. At SAIC he managed the Naval Engineering and Technology Solutions Group in Washington D.C.
