Engineering Services Network (ESN) Appoints Steve Dutra as Operations Manager of Charleston, SC

WOODBRIDGE, Va., March 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Engineering Services Network, Inc., a leading provider of professional engineering and technology services for military and government customers, named Steve Dutra as the Charleston, SC, area Operations Manager.

Mr. Dutra, who has worked in information technology for 25 years, was previously a Program Manager at ManTech International Corp. in Charleston, where he provided support to the Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Atlantic in Charleston.  

"Steve brings a wealth of experience, history and knowledge of the government and industry in the Charleston area and will be an asset to ESN's support of SPAWAR and other Navy programs," said ESN Chief Operating Officer Douglas R. Lopez.  

In his new role, Mr. Dutra will manage the day-to-day contract operations to ESN's DoD and industry partner customers, and ensure successful completion of contract deliverables. He also will support corporate objectives for growth by identifying emergent opportunities within ESN's core competencies.

Mr. Dutra has a master of arts in information technology management from Webster University in St. Louis, MO, and a bachelor of science in computer studies from the University of Maryland University College. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also an adjunct instructor at Trident Technical College in North Charleston, where he has taught IT and business systems since 2009.
