Enhanced Capital Provides $4.0 Million in Financing to HomeTown Oxygen

NEW YORK, Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enhanced Small Business Investment Company, LP ("ESBIC"), an affiliate of Enhanced Capital Partners, Inc. ("Enhanced Capital"), announced today it recently provided $4.0 million in senior secured debt financing to HomeTown Oxygen. This transaction was one of four investments closed by ESBIC in the fourth quarter of 2012.

HomeTown Oxygen, a leading provider of home-based respiratory products and services, will use the proceeds to fund growth as the company continues its rapid expansion within the medical equipment industry.  HomeTown provides ventilators, nebulizers, oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen systems, continuous positive airway pressure machines, and other durable medical equipment through five locations in the Charlotte and Winston-Salem metropolitan regions.  In 2011, HomeTown was ranked 60^th on Inc. Magazine's list of the nation's fastest-growing privately held healthcare companies.
