Entergy Issues Statement on Mississippi Regulators' Decision on ITC Holdings Transaction

NEW ORLEANS, Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Entergy Corporation issued the following statement on today's decision by the Mississippi Public Service Commission to reject the proposed spinoff and merger of Entergy's transmission system to ITC Holdings, Inc.:
