Entertainment Arts Research Inc. Announces Corporate Update And Business Outlook For Second Half of 2015

ATLANTA, July 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Arts Research Inc. (OTC:EARI), a company that provides services and products that educate, inform and entertain is pleased to give a corporate update and business outlook for the rest of the third quarter of 2015.

As previously announced in June, Entertainment Arts Research has continued to build upon its acquisition approach to generate revenue for the company.  On July 10th the Company formally signed the necessary paperwork and on July 14th began the transition of GoLoyal to EARI. The final closing will be completed after the financial audits are completed in the first week of August. GoLoyal provides state of the art custom email marketing campaigns, Facebook like campaigns, email customer surveys, social media writing and management, and website design.  By devising a systematic plan to communicate through emails and social media campaigns, GoLoyal has become a leader in the most efficient ways to engage the new social age.

EARI also finalized the purchase of the intellectual assets of Sail Marketing on July 14, 2014.  Sail Marketing focuses on client database informational gathering and managing the client's customer information. By combining Sail Marketing's powerful database management systems with GoLoyal's patented email marketing tracking systems, EARI will revolutionize how companies attract, retain and expand the growth of clients.
