Enviro-Serv, Inc. announces X-Terminate Pest Management hires 45 year veteran Certified Pest Operator

TAMPA, Fla., May 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro-Serv, Inc. (OTC Pink: EVSV) announced today X-Terminate Pest Management Inc. in its efforts in becoming a new wholly owned subsidiary of Enviro-Serv has retained 45 year Pest Control veteran Gary Cole. The newly formed Florida Corporation is named X-Terminate Pest Management Inc. and will focus on Termite Control, General Pest Control (GHP) and Lawn and Ornamental (L&O) services.
