Enviro-Serv, Inc. Through Its Subsidiary XTerminate Announces Better Than Expected Financial Results
TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro-Serv, Inc. (EVSV), which targets highly profitable small service companies in the commercial and residential property maintenance industry, is pleased to announce that it will report second quarter results following the close of the market on Tuesday, August 18, 2015.
As previously reported in July, Enviro-Serv is happy to report that operating results have shown its XTerminate subsidiary, now Pestmaster Tampa has realized just under 30% increase in revenues as opposed to the previous estimates of 20%. This is the first time Enviro-Serv's pest control subsidiary has shown stand alone profitability and it attributes this to the continued success of taking on the Pestmaster Tampa brand & franchise agreement.
Chris Trina, CEO of Enviro-Serv states, "This is a great testament to our continued progress with the Pestmaster brand. Not only have we achieved stand alone net operating profitability with Pestmaster Tampa but we've also seen an incredibly positive reaction in the market overall. At the beginning of the year our stock price was trading at par and since obtaining the proper funding to build upon our subsidiary's operations, the current market price is up by 200% from January and recent highs up 500%. Furthermore we've also been able to raise an additional $86,500 during the typical slow summer months of which $63,000 was used specifically for purchasing the franchise rights of Pestmaster. This will reflect as an asset on our balance sheet as well. Though we've used equity financing to fund our operations, the economic state of the company is the best it's ever been. The Pestmaster purchase has been nothing but accretive to our shareholders overall; the proof is in our financials." Trina went on to explain, "There is quite a disconnect from current market prices to what's actually going on internally here and I would suspect something will soon spark the stock to the upside again.
