Environmental Drilling Solutions Announces Appointment of Richard A. Pattarozzi to its Board of Directors
Experienced Director Appointed to Board of Leading Drilling Solids Control Company
LAFAYETTE, La., Jan. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Environmental Drilling Solutions ("EDS"), a leading provider of advanced closed loop drilling solids control services to the North American oil and gas industry, announced that Richard A. Pattarozzi has recently been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Pattarozzi currently also serves on the Boards of FMC Technologies, Tidewater Inc. and Stone Energy Corporation. Mr. Pattarozzi is a former director of Superior Energy Services, Global Industries, Ltd., Transocean Sedco Forex, WellLogix and OSCA.
After more than 33 years of service, he retired in 2000 as Vice President of Shell Oil Co., where his responsibilities included Shell Deepwater Development Inc., Shell Deepwater Production Inc. and Shell's Shallow Water Gulf of Mexico E&P business. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and President for both Shell Deepwater Development Inc. and Shell Deepwater Production Inc., and as Vice President of Shell Offshore Inc. He holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.
