Envitems Inc. Organises a Competition for Universities and Research Groups. The Prize is an Air Quality Station.

TAMPERE, Finland, Sept. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Envitems Inc., a manufacturer of air quality monitoring equipment, is organizing a competition for universities and research groups. The prize is an Envitems E4100 Air Quality Station. To apply and have a chance to win E4100 Air Quality Station, describe how your group would use the product.

Envitems E4100 Air Quality Station measures up to four gas measurements per product - CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, O3 and VOCs -  as well as basic weather data, such as humidity, atmospheric pressure and temperature. E4100 is also available with a particle counter, which includes particle measurements PM 2.5 and PM10, for particles smaller than 2.5 and 10 micrometers in diameter. The measurement data can be sent to a web-based database via wireless Internet connection, and users can also wirelessly download data recordings to their own systems. To enter the competition, go to blog.envitems.com and submit your application. In your application, tell us who you are and what your idea is. Explain to us how your group would benefit from an air quality station and what you would do with it.

We would like the winners to produce a document around 5 pages, which shows the results of your project. Alternatively, the air quality station can be used as a part of a longer research project. However, afterwards we would like to learn how the product was used and what was accomplished.

Envitems will review your application and give away three  to five air quality stations to the best applicants. The contest will close by the end of October, 2015.
