(the Company), (OTC-PINK: EPGL) is pleased to announce that DTCC counsel has confirmed their authorization for removal of the DTCC Chill on EPGL ticker.  The Company is also announcing that it will immediately move to file SEC forms for up-listing the Company to a higher stock exchange.
