EPS Group And Poole & Associates Combine To Become One Of The Largest Survey Departments In The Valley
MESA, Ariz., April 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EPS Group, Inc. (EPS), a locally-owned Arizona full service civil engineering firm, announced the addition of Brian Poole and David West, formerly known as Poole and Associates, to their field survey department. With 10 full time crews, EPS has one of the largest survey departments in the valley and the necessary resources to be responsive in a timely manner to client needs catering to all project sizes.

Poole and Associates closed their door after 43 years in business. Prior to joining EPS, Brian along with his dad, Ted, formed Poole and Associates in 1972 by doing local property surveys and section breakdowns for several area farmers. Their knowledge and experience quickly evolved into a demand to perform land title and topographic surveys as well as construction staking for developers on master planned communities. Brian and his lead man Dave West have an established reputation for fast, accurate, and professional construction staking services across the valley. Dave is a veteran of the US Army and a previous employee of the City of Mesa survey department.
Brian and Dave have developed long standing relationships with many home builders and developers across the valley. They are both registered land surveyors in the state of Arizona and bring a wealth of knowledge and clients to help strengthen the continually growing field survey department at EPS Group. Their role will be to help mentor and lead the field crews on all aspects of construction staking and as builts.
