EpsteinBeckerGreen Adds Five Attorneys to its National Litigation and Labor and Employment Practices in New York, Newark, Chicago and Houston

NEW YORK, Jan. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- National law firm EpsteinBeckerGreen has expanded its roster of litigation and labor and employment attorneys in four offices. William Gyves, and his team, which includes Robert Travisano, have joined the Litigation practice in the Newark and New York offices. Other new hires include Zach Jackson to the Labor and Employment practice in the Chicago office, Terrence B. Robinson to the Labor and Employment practice in the Houston office, and Amy Hatcher to the Labor and Employment practice in the Newark office.

Gyves, a Member of the Firm who came from Entwistle & Cappucci, concentrates his practice on the litigation of complex commercial and employment matters. In addition to defending and prosecuting claims in the traditional litigation context, Gyves has considerable experience in successfully resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, and direct pre-litigation negotiations.

Travisano, also from Entwistle & Cappucci, is a Member of the Firm who concentrates his practice in the area of complex business disputes. He counsels and represents institutional clients in a broad range of business disputes in the federal and state courts of both New York and New Jersey.

Jackson, previously with McGuireWoods, is a Member of the Firm who concentrates his practice on litigating trade secret, non-compete, non-solicitation, and other restrictive covenant matters across the country.

Robinson, a Member of the Firm, was previously with Gordon & Rees where he represented employers in all types of discrimination, wrongful termination, and tort/contract claims arising out of the employment relationship.  He also counsels clients on day-to-day issues involving all aspects of labor and employment law.

Hatcher, an Associate, was a law clerk with the Honorable Travis L. Francis with the State of New Jersey Superior Court, 8th Vicinage. Earlier on, Hatcher was a judicial intern with the Honorable Reggie B. Walton with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
