Financial services veteran Mark Lee will serve as CFO for the fast-growing startup as it further reinforces its position as the leader in private securities trading
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Equidate, Inc., the premier stock market for private tech companies, today announced that Mark Lee has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. On the heels of a $50 million Series B capital raise and the recent appointment of Kelly Rodriques as CEO in July 2018, the announcement underscores a focused effort to expand its executive ranks as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Lee brings over 25 years of experience, including his most recent role as COO/CFO at PENSCO Trust Company, a custodian specializing in alternative assets investments through retirement accounts. Prior CFO/Finance roles include: CFO for the Stanford Management Company (the University's endowment), CFO of Charles Schwab's Capital Markets, RIA Trading/Custody, and Asset Management Groups, Goldman Sachs Equity Trading, Barclays Global Investors, and Hewlett Packard.
