Equinox Holdings, Inc. Announces Date for Release of First Quarter 2011 Financial Results and Earnings Conference Call

NEW YORK, May 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Equinox Holdings, Inc. ("Equinox") announced today that it is scheduled to post its first quarter 2011 financial results to Equinox's secure website on Friday, May 13, 2011. A conference call to discuss the results will be held on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. EDT.

Availability of Financial Results and Conference Call Information

A quarterly report for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 (the "Q1 2011 Quarterly Report") will be furnished pursuant to the Indenture ("Indenture") governing the 9.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 (the "Notes") issued by Equinox.  Equinox will post the Q1 2011 Quarterly Report on May 13, 2011 on a secure website hosted by Merrill Datasite.  Access to the financial information and conference call will be available only to the following qualified parties as set forth in the Indenture:  1) holders of the Notes, 2) beneficial owners of the Notes or 3) any prospective investor in the Notes which is (a) a Qualified Institutional Buyer ("QIB"), as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), and/or (b) an Institutional Accredited Investor, as defined in Rule 501(a)(1), (2), (3) or (7) under the Securities Act.

To access the Q1 2011 Quarterly Report and/or conference call, a party must pre-register and certify that it is qualified to do so.  To receive information on how to pre-register and become certified, parties must send an email to [email protected] requesting access to the Q1 2011 Quarterly Report and/or conference call information.  Equinox will then provide further information on how to access the secure website and instructions for submitting the required certification form. Once the certification form is received and approved, access to the Q1 2011 Quarterly Report will be granted and information on how to access the conference call will be provided. All individuals seeking to access the conference call must be pre-registered for the call.  A party must submit its certification form no later than 12:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, May 16, 2011 to be pre-registered for the conference call.  If you previously have been certified, you can register to participate in the call by sending an email to [email protected].

During the conference call, Larry M. Segall, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, and Paul J. Tizik, Vice President Finance, will discuss Equinox's first quarter 2011 results followed by a question and answer session.  A transcript of the conference call will be posted on the secure website at approximately 6:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 17, 2011.
