RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Concepts, an industry-leading financial services firm, has expanded its team by welcoming John Hopper as its new director of strategic growth. Hopper brings 25 years of experience in private banking and wealth management, and he will lead efforts in growing and expanding Equity Concepts' services to the broader market, as well as determining and implementing internal growth strategies.
Before joining Equity Concepts, Hopper served as the market executive and senior vice president of private client services for First Tennessee Bank. In this role he worked with qualified high-net worth clients and families in the areas of financial planning, private bank lending, investment management, and insurance services. Before that, Hopper worked as a vice president of banking and wealth management at the U.S. Trust Company and Wells Fargo.
