ERE Talent Acquisition Benchmarking is fueled by the Talent Data Exchange (TDX), a workforce data aggregation and analytics platform for benchmarking talent acquisition departments. Brightfield previously announced TDX to provide compensation and program performance data for contingent labor. The collaboration combines the best of two respected industry leaders in a much needed effort to help companies measure and improve critical hiring performance metrics. Now talent acquisition leaders will have actionable insights available to them.
ERE's new Talent Acquisition Benchmarking service will be driven by the TDX platform and provide department heads the most directly relevant metrics for comparing performance against their peers. The consolidation of real world business transaction data from a broad spectrum of companies will enable customers to make accurate comparisons and to see with certainty where their recruitment efforts stand against the competition.
Traditionally, aggregated benchmark data is derived from surveys that rely on averages of averages, blurring their usefulness. "The ERE-TDX approach represents a giant step forward," says Rob McIntosh, chief analyst, ERE Media. "For the first time, we're able to use raw transactional data direct from companies' Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to create the benchmarks."
