DMCM goes well beyond traditional lead scoring found in other marketing automation solutions to predict the likelihood that a consumer will take action and includes a new marketing channel called Conversational Marketing. Traditionally, it has been difficult to correlate marketing activities to results; DMCM does just that, across many interactive channels including conversational marketing.
