ESN's Dennis Groh Joins Board of the Independent Telecommunications Pioneer Association (ITPA) National Capital Chapter
ARLINGTON, Va., June 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Dennis Groh, Chief Marketing Officer at Engineering Services Network, Inc. (ESN), a leading provider of professional engineering and technology services for military and government customers, has been named to the Board of the Independent Telecommunications Pioneer Association (ITPA) National Capital Chapter.

ITPA, the volunteer organization created by and for the independent telecommunications industry, represents 9,000 telecommunications employees and retirees nationwide.
The National Capital Chapter of the ITPA is the Washington, DC, metropolitan area association of telecommunications professionals.

Before joining ESN, Mr. Groh was executive director of business development for federal civilian programs at RS Information Systems. He's held senior-level management posts at STG Inc.; Siemens; Computer Sciences Corp; and Boeing Information Services.
As a member of the Senior Executive Service, Mr. Groh is the former Deputy Assistant Commissioner at the Federal Technology Services, General Services Administration.
As the former Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Information Technology Procurement Organization, he was responsible for more than 90,000 information technology and telecommunication contracts with a life cycle value in excess of $12 billion for the Department of Defense and sixty five Federal Agencies providing support that ranged from traditional government procurements, natural disasters, and providing Desert Storm support.
