BALA CYNWYD, Pa., Feb. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The firm formerly known as Steiker, Greenapple & Croscut P.C. is pleased to announce that Paul S. Fusco has become a named partner of the firm. As such, the firm has changed its name to Steiker, Greenapple & Fusco P.C., effective immediately.

Fusco joined Steiker, Greenapple & Fusco P.C. in 2013, and in that time has established himself as a go-to in advising corporations, shareholders, directors and ESOP trustees on a wide variety of ESOP-related issues, including both transactional and non-transactional. He has also assisted clients with the design and implementation of non-qualified deferred compensation plans including stock option plans, stock appreciation right plans, phantom stock plans, performance based plans and restricted stock plans.
Fusco received his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany, and a J.D., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, where he was an articles editor of the Buffalo Law Review. He's a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations, The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). Fusco is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States Tax Court.
