Karen, a highly-regarded corporate finance professional, joins Etonien with over 25 years in a variety of financial leadership roles. After starting her career with a Big 4 public accounting firm, Karen's career encompassed major financial and accounting consulting roles in addition to interim corporate roles.  With her extensive background, Karen brings an in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting to the Etonien team. Karen has spent the last two years leading the restructuring of the accounting department and managing the SOX implementation at an international public company. Karen brings extensive knowledge of industries including Entertainment, Private Equity, Financial Services, Technology, and Consumer Goods to the Etonien team.

Karen is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in New York City.
