Carolina, a well-respected San Francisco sales executive, joins Etonien with 10 years of experience in recruiting and sales leadership roles. Having started her career with a Big 4 public accounting firm, Carolina deeply understands the importance of sound accounting and finance strategy as well as effective financial leadership and the role interim financial consulting can play in maximizing talent, time and costs. Carolina brings extensive knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing the financial leadership of San Francisco's top private equity groups, mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies as well as the ability to identify and recruit top finance & accounting talent to address those needs. Carolina received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara and is a KPMG alum.

Joining Carolina, 4 year veteran Etonien Laura Gorman will head up internal recruiting and development to address the needs of Etonien's growing bench of professional resources. Gorman, a California native, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from UCLA.
