SRS features the best dog and handler teams from around the country as they compete on the dock and in the field for thousands of dollars in prize money and a chance to win the annual SRS Crown Championship, which will be held in Huntsville, AL from Nov. 2-11, 2018.

SRS Retriever Trial events feature multiple hunt tests and trials with an emphasis on replicating common sporting and field scenarios. Each event features a field of dog and handler teams competing over four days of competition. There are two divisions – Pro and Amateur – within each qualifier. SRS also includes Dock Jumping Trial events. This year SRS has partnered with United Kennel Club as the official registry to earn points towards a title on the dog's pedigree. 

As the presenting sponsor of SRS, Eukanuba will help bring the SRS Crown Championship to television in a special TV event that will air on the Discovery Channel in June 2019. The partnership also includes support of Classic events (retriever and dock events), Trial Club events, and the Eukanuba Team of the Year, an annual ranking that recognizes the top Open and Amateur teams.
