ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- On August 20th, 2010, Eurocar, the West Coast's largest independent dealer of pre-owned luxury and exotic vehicles, christened their new US showroom with an elaborate Grand Opening Gala.

In partnership with Sterling Public Relations, Eurocar welcomed over 850 guests into their incredible 55,000 square foot indoor showroom filled with over 120 of the finest automobiles from Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, Maserati, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Hummer and Range Rover. This red carpet affair treated guests to a delicious array of hosted appetizers, a couture cupcake bar courtesy of Ditzie Cakes, and specialty "Eurotinis" courtesy of Boru Vodka along with Eurocar's own private label wine.

Winston's Jewelers, with owners Glenn, Alan & Eva Verdult, provided additional eye candy for the glamorous event by setting up a professional multi-million dollar display of timepieces and jewelry collections during the event. Committed to giving back, Eurocar's owners, Tilo and Paula Steurer, chose to donate 100% of the evening's proceeds to Mercy House, an OC-based non-profit that is committed to ending homelessness. Mercy House's Executive Director, Larry Haynes, who recently celebrated his 20th anniversary with the foundation, offered a heartfelt speech thanking the community for supporting their cause. Over $3,000 in donations were collected at guest check-in, while a St. James Red, 2007 Bentley GT was auctioned off in a live auction, with 100% of the proceeds over dealership cost going directly to the foundation.
