Eustis Mortgage Establishes New Corporate Structure

NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Eustis Mortgage, one of Louisiana's oldest mortgage lending companies, is introducing a new way to do business in the industry, redefining its corporate structure and expanding under the new parent name Eustis Family of Companies.

As Eustis Family of Companies, the new corporate structure will consist of Eustis Mortgage Corporation, the parent company, providing necessary business operations and support to its brands throughout the U.S. Specifically, it will provide the corporate operational structure, such as operations, compliance, technology, and human resources. Eustis will remain headquartered in New Orleans, LA, and has expanded and opened new offices in MS, TN, TX, and AL.

The following individuals have recently joined Eustis Family of Companies, and will serve and support the Eustis Family:

Debra Dye will serve as the Senior Vice President of Operations in the New Orleans office, and will be responsible for improving operational efficiencies, developing roles and responsibilities for all operations staff, and establishing guidelines for personnel evaluations, staff advancement and recruitment procedures. Ms. Dye will be formulating training and incentive plans, maintaining efficient team structure and performance through analytics, maximizing new engagement and working with the leadership team to develop plans to meet future needs.

Lisa Ledet will serve as the Compliance Officer in the New Orleans office, and will administer the company's Compliance Program.  She is responsible for leading a team to conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control audits, establishing and reviewing policy and procedures, and monitoring work flows to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Michael Cusimano will serve as the Chief Information Officer in the New Orleans office, and will manage the company's strategic infrastructure and services.  He is responsible for Eustis's technology strategic planning and managing the technology budget and flow of critical information throughout the organization.

In addition to the above corporate structure, the following people will lead their respective offices:
Stephen Barton will serve as Vice President of Production and Bryan Marr as Vice President of Operations at Verity Mortgage; Shane Campbell and Brad Parlin, Regional Vice Presidents in the Flower Mound office for Finance Home America, and are developing the wholesale and retail business; Donnie Eden as branch manager of Prosperity Mortgage Advisors; and Stacy Hooper as branch manager of Legacy Mortgage.
