SAO PAULO, Sept. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EUTV® Brazil aka Surf Telecom® today announced that the Company received a Tier 1 license by Anatel, the Brazilian National Telecommunications Agency to provide full mobile services for end users, as well as MVNA (Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator) and MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) platforms to Brazilian MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators).
