Everest Solar's Innovative UL 467 Bonding Solution for Residential and Commercial Racking Will Significantly Reduce the Cost per Watt of Solar Systems, Leading to an Expansion of the Solar Market Overall

OCEANSIDE, Calif., July 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Everest Solar Systems, one of the fastest-growing solar mounting systems manufacturers in the US, is announcing innovative enhancements for the company's cutting-edge residential and commercial racking solutions.

To fuel the company's growth in the US market, Everest Solar Systems is optimizing the cost of grounding and bonding for its racking solutions for the residential and commercial solar market. The company is releasing two proprietary parts that are ETL listed to UL 467.

With these innovative bonding solutions alone, solar integrators estimate they will save up to 15% on parts and labor with the added benefit of a safe, and much simpler racking system. 

The products, on display at the upcoming Intersolar trade show, will significantly reduce BOS costs and labor for residential and commercial racking solutions. The MK2 slot nut is ETL listed to UL 467 and ensures bonding between all components of the Everest D-Dome and S-Dome low ballast systems for commercial flat roofs. The Everest residential CrossRail Rail Connector is ETL listed to UL467 and eliminates added parts and labor often required for rail to rail bonding jumpers and lugs.
