Evoking Insights Brings Let's Get BOLD Women's Leadership Program to Southern California
~ Evoking Insights Partners with Lytx™, Inc. to Host Dynamic Six-Month Leadership Development Experience in New San Diego Headquarters
SAN DIEGO, Feb. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Evoking Insights, a San Diego-based organization dedicated to serving the change leaders of today and tomorrow, announced that Let's Get BOLD, a Bloombase leadership program designed by and for woman leaders, will be held in Southern California for the first time. The six-month program will kick-off March 13, 2015 in San Diego at the new headquarters of Lytx, Inc., in the University Town Center area.
The Let's Get BOLD program is an active leadership development experience designed for women leaders looking to expand their leadership approach, voice and impact. The program is designed upon the pillars of emotional intelligence, leadership coaching and community. It consists of one full-day session per month and intersession work ranging from coaching sessions, to readings, to applying individual leadership insights in the workplace. A portion of the program funding will go to a charity of choice of the program participants.

The program is customized, based on a 360 assessment, to the participant group that includes a maximum of 12 women leaders. Each month a senior woman leader from the San Diego community will come to share her leadership journey and lessons with the participants. Participants will leave with tools and strategies for inspiring and leading others, fostering inclusion and enhancing their ability to navigate complex business problems.
