The AOC is a Legislative Branch Agency with approximately 2,500 employees charged with the maintenance, operation, development and preservation of 16.5 million square feet of buildings and more than 450 acres of land throughout Capitol Hill. The scope of the $26M contract includes campus-wide infrastructure management and a Service Desk to support the members and staff of the U.S. Congress.
