EWTN Global Catholic Network Selects DonorDirect For Its Donor Management Needs
RICHARDSON, Texas, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Donor management suite provider DonorDirect is excited to announce that EWTN Global Catholic network, the world's largest religious media network, has selected DonorDirect to assist with its donor management needs.
Started by a cloistered nun in a monastery garage, EWTN transmits 11 separate television networks broadcasting programs from a Catholic perspective in multiple languages to over 240 million television households in more than 140 countries and territories. The Network also distributes a global AM/FM radio service that just acquired its 300th U.S. affiliate. Its diverse holdings also include "The National Catholic Register" newspaper, the Denver-based Catholic News Agency and the Lima, Peru-based ACI Prensa Group, which is the largest Spanish-language Catholic news service in the world, and more.
Before turning to DonorDirect, EWTN relied on a home-grown donor management system to meet its needs. However, as the network grew, its technology started to show some significant limitations. Not wanting to be held back, EWTN sought out a new system and found DonorDirect would suit all of its needs, now and in the future.
"DonorDirect provides a unified set of data, allowing us to get important details and reports in a very easy fashion," said Joe O'Farrell, vice president of Mission Advancement at Eternal Word Television Network.
EWTN chose to move ahead with the full DonorDirect suite, which consists of StudioEnterprise, StudioOnline, StudioAnalytics and StudioCRM. These components will serve to enhance EWTN's processes; getting reports, finding constituent information and making educated decisions based on data will no longer be challenging with DonorDirect, which allows EWTN to further its mission.
About DonorDirect
DonorDirect is a unified donor management system for religious nonprofits. Its suite of products helps ministries organize, access and find critical information, allowing them to become more organized and stay updated on important data. The DonorDirect lineup consists of StudioEnterprise, the backbone of the suite that allows ministries to improve processing and communication and organize key data in a single system; StudioOnline, which gives ministries the opportunity to engage donors and complete transactions via a website; StudioCRM, a product that can assist with campaign planning and contact management; and StudioAnalytics, an add-on that serves as the ideal tool for quantifying data gathered by ministries. Each option can help nonprofits with the unique challenges they face in communicating with constituents and organizing the information they gather. Combined, four components of the suite make donor management easy. For more information, visit donordirect.com.
