Excel Corporation Announces Exclusive Representation Agreement with RT Development Holdings LLC

NEW YORK, July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Excel Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: EXCC), a leader in the licensing and branding sector, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive representation agreement with RT Development Holdings, LLC (RTDH), the latest venture from the prolific artists behind "Miami Ink" and Creative Director David Oliver Steinberg.  Under the terms of the agreement, Excel Corp. will act as the exclusive licensing agent for RTDH's Ruthless Collective and Ruthless & Toothless brands.
